How often do you all dose f/2

I would dose my f/2 once a week in my phyto culture but I'm curious if there is a better way to do it. I wouldn't harvest until my refrigerated bottle that fed the tank ran out

same as above, only add it at the start, harvest at about 5-7 days.

Mine crashed again so I was curious. I'll be restarting and hopefully it lasts. It crashed when I moved it from a gallon jug to a 5 gallon drink dispenser. I'm wondering if my invert qt a few feet over may have contaminated it via aerosols.

About 2 weeks. It's in a north facing window so not as much light as they might ideally have. It's enough for me.
