How often do you check your doser?

I just realized that the hose for my doser was clogged. I have it on my list of monthly preventative maintenance (PM) checks and I consistently complete the list...except when I don't. In fact, it may have been a few months since I checked the doser and it took an ICP test that showed some low elements to prompt me to double check the doser.

How often do you check your doser? Weekly? Monthly? When your reef is screaming at you?

I used to check the Kalk line but i don't anymore. I have this line below the water in high flow now. No more worries

i am the doser. so i check it every time i dose

Not enough...but declog the tip of my kalk line about once a month. I noticed that the tube on peristaltic pump needed changing at a year, so add that to my yearly duties.
