How often do you clean your display tank glass?

I clean every day, takes about two minutes (even if it's not dirty). If I do it every other day or longer, it will take more time.

I like to keep the DT spotless. Hehehe

My tank and me have something in common and I'll clean it twice a day as I brush my teeth twice a day than again I might brush three times but not the tank

I generally don't have to clean my tank glass of any green algae. Haven't since my ATS kicked in. I some times have to clean the smudges that the snails leave on the glass cleaning the bacterial slime from the glass. An some coralline algae.

It varies. The soft brown/green stuff I try to do as needed. Recently I have gotten small, hard green algae spots I have had to scrape a little more often with a razor blade.

I was recently told you can squirt rubbing alcohol on that and it comes right off. I personally have not tried it though. I wouldn't have thought it was safe, but the person interned at an aquarium here, and she said they did it all the time.

I mag float the front every day at my end of day feeding I will some times let my sides go a lil to keep my turbos going they prob love me for that ! But never more then 5-6 days for full system and glass once over keeps everything in check

Every tank I've owned from 10g to 200g.
Even the 200 only takes a couple mins. Cleaning off the dusty stuff is easy. Keeping up with it prevents it from being the types you have to scrape.

I run the magnet everyday. Not sure how some of you go so long between cleanings. My tank is pretty low nutrient and everyday, if you look at the front glass through the side of the tank there will be a slight,clear haze. You'll only notice it if you look through the side as you're running the magnet.... Does make a difference in the clarity of the glass IMO
