How often do you clean your powerheads?

Is it weird that I have to clean mine every 2 weeks-1 month otherwise they get so clogged with debris that their flow is seriously reduced? I feel like that is unusual. :squigglemouth:

I usually clean my MP-40's about once a month. They don't get clogged really, but I think its easier to clean them more often than waiting till they get really bad. This way about a half hour bath in vinegar and water and a toothbrush and its back in the tank. I've seen some get pretty bad and think it would probably take forever to get them clean. Plus I like the look of a clean and tidy tank.

I clean mine needed or not at every water change, so every two weeks.

Every 3 months or so based on a visual inspection first to determine the need.
