How Often Do You Verify That Your Tank Is Leveled?

I know that buildings can begin to settle into the ground over time, which is evident by hairline cracks in walls and ceilings.

With that knowledge, I would like to know how often you verify that your systems are leveled. I imagine that it would be challenging to rectify for those that have built systems into walls.

I really don't check at all, my subfloor is concrete not wood floor joists. Concrete can settle and shift over time also I suppose.
