I have a 14 gallon biocube with an African flame back angel and a standard clean up crew, also a few corals. I typically do three gallons every other week on this system but is this really enough?

Agreed.
If nitrates and phosphate are high , more water changes. Nutrient chemistry.

If the corals are stony , more water changes. Cal Alk. (Esp if your using a low alk salt btw).

If the nutrients are low , the corals are soft , then almost never really.

Hanna- Phosphorus UL - no brainer

PPB x 3.066/1000 = PPM
