How often should I feed my fish?

Generally 2 times per day frozen, pellets randomly mixed in. Nori daily as well.

In my reefer 170... I struggled to keep nutirents from bottoming out, so I got more fish and started feeding more now, I have detectable phosphates and nitrates.

I feed a mixture of new life spectrum pelets and reef roids inna neptune AFS, 3 times a day. Also a mixture of mysis, brine and other shrimp once a day. So four feedings
