how often to feed damsel's ? perfered food?

just got my tank cycled and put two damsels in as my first fish just to test the waters (figuratively speaking lol) but how often should I feed them and what are some of your alls preferred food to use?

We feed ours every other day. We rotate foods. Frozen and pellets.

I would feed them daily.....and they eat pretty much anything including mysis, pellets, flake, algae sheets, etc.
