How often should I feed a yellow coris wrasse?
How often for a diamond watchman goby?
How often for a longnose hawkfish?
I have 2 clowns and the yellow coris wrasse now the others are future additions and I feed once a day. Will they need more?

I think that would depend on how much you feed. The watchman will probably get food that falls to the bottom & the others will get most of what floats or sinks slowly. You'll need to watch how everyone eats when you feed to know for sure.

Ok so if fish start getting skinny I feed more.

you want to make they eat pretty much everything you feed them, usually in a cple minutes. I have 14-15 fish in my tank & when I feed them mysis/Brine shrimp it's usually 2 cubes of mysis & 1 Brine which I thaw in a glass of tank water & pour it in in 3 doses, I have gobies that stay at the bottom & watch to make sure they get some too. The tangs, angels, wrasses & trigger get most of the 1st dump so I'll add the other once they start, I also keep my pumps running to make sure the food goes all over the tank.

As long as everyone gets some once a day will be good. Anthias are the only ones in my tank that cause me to feed more than once a day

The only one that might need more than once a day on a regular basis is the Yellow Wrasse. They need to be fed a bit more frequently than other fish. Definitely not along the lines of a Mandarinfish though.

Ok so I will try to get multiple feedings in occaisionally.

How long can you leave frozen food in a cup of water before using it so I can defrost it all feed some then wait 2 hours or so and feed again?

Not the diamond watchman goby also? Or the hawkfish? I had a feeling that those would need more than the wrasse. Is it a copepod feeder thing

I usually set mine up at least a cpl hrs before feeding so it comes to room temp but they will eat it frozen if you throw it in the tank but not all fish will get food if you do it that way. You could also put it in the Fridge if you want to feed them later or even for the next day.

Is 1 cube of mysis too much food for the 2 clowns and the yellow coris wrasse?
Note that all 3 fish are not fully grown and the wrasse is a bit bigger than 1.5 inches.

If your cubes have the mysis shrimp size that mine have 1 cube might be to big but you will need to see how they eat when you feed them, how much if any makes it to the bottom of the tank without being eaten. If you have a good CUC they will most likely get the majority of that. You can always add more if needed.

All fish you mentioned are those who receive from my regular feedings which is auto-feeder 9a, 12p 3p and 6p and a feeding of frozen at 7:30p

You don't need to do that. What I do is take my cup and dip it in in the tank for a little bit of tank water. I then take the frozen cube and drop it in and mash it up with my turkey baster. Once it is mashed up pretty good I drop it in the tank. This thaws the food enough to make it edible for the fish. I do this in the morning when the lights come on and at night before they go out. One small cube of reef frenzy twice a day and supplement with a small piece of seaweed/nori. Works for my Melanurus Wrasse (same family as your Yellow Wrasse), Blue Star Leopard Wrasse, One Spot Foxface, Coral Beauty Dwarf Angel and Pajama Cardinalfish.

I place frozen food in a solo cup with RO water and spoon feed until . . . . I SAY ENOUGH and place remainder in fridge for later or tomorrow
