How often/what do you feed your single polyp LPS?

Coral like Scolymias/Homophyllias, Trachyphyllias, and Elegance corals are all what I call "SPLPS" corals, since they're single polyp LPS corals. So how often do you feed, and what do you end up feeding them?

Usually soak some reef-roids in brightwell coral amino's or else feed fauna marin LPS pellets.
