How or where should I spend my money!

Wife is giving me a modest budget for my next reef spending spree $225-250. After that I will be put in "reefer time out" as she puts it.
So... Should I go to Reefapalooza, this would be 3 years in a row. Very cool, any coral you can think of and all the big boy venders there, i.e. JF, WWC, Cherry Corals, JKR, etc. Plus tons of swag from the vendors.
OR
Just hand my money to Adam at Battle Corals (finest SPS in the land) and let him fill me a pack for my money. He has some SWEET! acros and unaltered photos of corals. Not to mention health, chunky frags.
So help a brother out and give me a vote and or an argument as to why you voted as you did.

I'd just hand it over to Adam. Can't go wrong with a blind pack.

I absolutely love the shows, but more for networking, visiting, raffles and speakers.

How you should spend your money. Hmm I would love a new 120 with a trigger systems sump and 3 ecotech gen4 pro. J/k IMO I would spend it at palooza. Because you will probably see thousands of coral that you can check out in person. Maybe you will see somthing there that battle corals doesn't have.then if your don't see anything there you want then check out battle corals. But that's how I would do it.

First go to the Reefapalooza with an idea of what you want and how much you will spend then if you find it great. You get to see it in person and drop it in the tank the same day! But if you don't see anything of interest Battle coral is great. I have never purchased from them but I have gotten many frags from a local reefer and he only buys from them.

The real question is how long is the time out going to be. If it's just going to be 1-2 months, spend it at RAP. When the timeout is up, buy a Battle Corals pack. Also at RAP, be selective and spend only on what you consider to be a must have at the right price. If you don't end up with anything from RAP, you can still buy a pack from Adam.

Thanks for the responses. I was kinda thinking the same thing. See what I can get for a good price at RAP, the vendors are usually willing to deal. Battle Corals will always be there, but I think I might get more pieces for the money. Hmmm....
