So just recently I got a Psychedelic Dragonet after my tank has been established for about 6 months, I did this because i thought it would have a good population of pods to support it. Little did I know this little dude would be a legend. Basicly I got the guy on pellets on the 2nd day of having him and and I will see him just chow down on like 10+ pellets each time I feed them.
Anyone had an experience like this?

Not to disrespect you, but that fish looks emaciated, imo. I hope you can get more pods and natural foods for it to enjoy to improve his gaunt appearance? Maybe just the angle of the photo?

Anyway, it is cool that it is eatting pellets. It is obviously happy with the situation you have provided thus far.

most are when new from LFS.

Yeah this photo was taken the day after I got him, I'm trying to fatten him up with pellets now but he's doing well.
Well that is very good to know! It isn't rare if a fish feels safe and happy for them to be polite and eat what we offer them. They generally are better manored than I am. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

I hope it continues to fill in for you!
