Relatively new to the hobby and my tank has been running for about 3 months.

All parameters are stable
180 gallon system
Cal 450
Mag 1380
Alk 8.3
pH 7.95 to 8.15
Nitrates < 1
PO4 undetectable

I know I have nitrates and phosphates as I have some algae. I feed heavy with lot of fish.
Have been running zeovit since startup.

Have hard and soft corals that are growing.

Currently my skimmer only produces enough skimmate to halfway fill the cup a week but it is nasty. It's a reef octopus 150 internal.

Should I try to get more wet skim?
