How soon can I harvest phyto?

I have tetra, isochrisis gal, and gab..something diatoms I am culturing.

In 3 days, the iso and gab are super dark, but I just dosed 1ml per liter of F2 3 days ago.

Is it safe for me to harvest? Or is that too soon? I can't see anything in the jars, light on or off.

I've harvested 2 times already, but only after 7 days.

I don't know of anyone honestly.

They are denser than my previous 2 harvests already, and I just want to make sure that by taking some out I am not putting a bunch of fertilizer that shouldn't be in my pod cultures or reef tanks.
