test you parameters. Is there fish or corals in the tank? If so I would start doing water changes to replenish the water with trace elements and fresh water, but not too much water or you could strip your Bio load that you have now.

Parameters are all in check atm. Just have one fish. Also would like to know when should I add a cleaner crew?

One fish? Water change for nitrate and or phosphate control. I don't see that there is reason to replenish as not much will be used or absorbed......with one fish.

do you have any algae yet? if not I would wait on the cleaning crew. with out algae they will starve. Once you start seeing brown algae (diatoms) drop the cleaning crew in. make sure you at least have a mexican turbo.

yes, they do - I never did respond to the op, you change your water after your tank has fully cycled to lower nitrates....usually about 20%
