How the heck do I get this out?

I’m trying to setup an old brs media reactor on my frag system. Everything seemed okay but leaking like crazy! I don’t know how I didn’t notice but the 1/2” hard pipe was ripped when I tried to remove it a piece got stuck inside the fitting.

I’ve tore up the quick connect fitting but it should still work if I can get this out. Yes yes I could order new parts but I’ve just been cleaning up random junk and figured I’d run some gfo since I have a minor algae issue.

Flat head screwdriver and a hammer. Just tap it in give it a little tippy tap

Place a pipe that fits inside of it and attach another that fits outside of it (will act as a coupler) and cement it all together for permanent repair
