How to Added saltwater

So for my new build how I go about with the saltwater I have no way of making enough saltwater for my 100 gallon do in I put the sand and rocks in and rodi water and then slowly add salt

If the sand and rock are not live, I would just put the RODI in the tank without sand or rock and mix the salt in with pump/power heads. Then add sand slowly(let it settle) then add the rock.

When I did mine I put in the rock, RODI, salt, then sand. Worked just fine.

I just put in RO water and salt then added sand and LR after my levels got to 1.025.
