How to attach picture from Comp

Can anyone help me to upload picture from my PC

You can either use an outside source like photobucket.com or flickr.com or even tinypic.com to host your image (use IMG code to post on here). Or you can upload the photo directly to the forum by clicking the little tree that is framed in the comment box toolbar (with other things like font, size, bold, italics. Just look to the right.) After you click the tree icon, click select files and find the picture and voila, uploaded!
