How to battery backup Jebao return pump?

Hi all,

I'm sure people have done it but was unable to find a thread about it. Has anyone done a battery back-up on a Jabao return pump and if so how? Would like to have my return pump backed up in case I lose power. That way I would have time to get my generator out and going.

If all you need is enough time to get a generator going, a UPS (uninterrupted power supply) would do the trick. They don't last that long, but it would buy you a few hours.

Really, if you just need to get your generator setup, unless it takes you over an hour, I wouldn't even bother.
