so I have a 10 gallon tank and was wondering if that would work to breed copapods and how would set it up things I need?

for feeeing my gobies and would love to get some dragonets

then would it be possible in the same tank to also breed astra starfish to feed harlequin shrimp?

Check out youtube. Many different ways to do it. I find it easier to breed them in small containers with live phytoplankton.

10 gallons is not large enough to support a self sustained colony of either for your predators. You'd have to supply extra from external source.

I have a 75 gallon that had hundreds of asterinas. Got a harlequin, he ate them all in 3 months and now he gets a starfish leg every couple of days.

So did watch videos and came up with this. was wondering if I feed the pods the same thing I feed my gargonians should I filter pods out or just put it straight from jug to tank?

Ten gallons is an excellent volume for every single species. If your Target goal is to feed dragonets I recommend you Trigger pods. My best results for this species is with a mix of live phytoplankton, specially with Isochrysis and tetraselmis. I hope it helps.
