How to Buy Ocean Revive?

After much research, I decided to purchase (2) Ocean Revive T247's for my 55g. I went directly to Ocean Revive's website and placed an order on 12/28/14. As of yesterday 1/7/15), I had no confirmation, no communication, and no lights. I could not find a phone number and, so, sent an email yesterday morning. At 2:32AM, they responded that my order was in their system with no payment. They suggested that I "pay" to an email address. I do not have (nor want) a Pay Pal account nor do I wish to figure out how to pay to an email address. I have a VISA credit card like virtually ALL of their US market and they seem to have no way of accepting VISA. Am I the only one having trouble buying? Did everyone else wire money or mess with Pay Pal? Any suggests?

I bought these same lights directly from their site, but if I remember correctly, I paid with my card.

I order these lights for friends on three different occasions. I used paypal all three times. Great choice on lighting though!!!!! I run radions on my SPS dominant tank and have a friend that runs these and get similar results. They are seriously a great choice!!!

This is surprising, I've gotten fantastic customer service from OR. I hope they can process your CC; you'll be super happy with their product!

Edit: I've always paid with Paypal, it's worth the process to set up an account, Paypal gives excellent Buyer/seller protections.

I may have used PayPal, I just can't remember. Sorry. BUT I have used PayPal for a bajillion things and it's been great. AND though my hubby and I are still relatively new to the hobby so we don't have a lot of experience with different equipment and such, we are happy with these lights so far.

Read the website carefuly there is a way to use CC. The only thing i had troube with was they only accepted visa and mastercard even though they say they accept amex. Fast shipping and wonderful led fixture. If i remeber correctly go through the purchase procedure and it will ask you if you have paypal- just proceed they will use your CC and process it through paypal. But without you having a paypal account. I was burned once by paypal, will never use paypal again. Love the ocean revives.
