How to catch a clownfish

I've had enough of this girl. Ive tried a net & fish trap with no luck. It's a 3-4 percula in a 180...ugh

Anyone have any ideas without tearing the tank apart?

Simple trap with food should do it. I have never had issues with clowns. Looks like you have a very sneaky gal.

Put the net in the tank...then put your hand near its house...when it comes to bite you shove it in the net.

Night time attacks have not been successful.

Thinking of trying a red light pitch black raid. My foxface is losing its mind.

Been there. I had a devil of a damsel to catch and I tried for over a year. Darn thing. Eventually, when I took my tank down to replce with a new one, I caught it. I would have tried harder if it was a serious issue, but since he was behaving (usually), I would try every month or so.

Its relentless with my emporer. #1 rule in my tank don't mess with the expensive angel.

Red light didn't work. We're on to a little starvation then throwing food in by a net.

Giving up the net. Too many caves for this little pain to escape.

I guess back to the fish trap & pray my eel develops a taste for clownfish.

Interesting all the other fish are not even phased by the net really. It's like their pulling for me to evict the trouble maker.

What have always work for me, is turn tank lights 4 hours after tank room has been dark, I have a 100% success rate with this method.

Well she should of let me catch her. All hail the queen. Emporer grew up a little & decided enough was enough. Bloodied her up & as I was getting the net the eel snatched her into rock work.
