How do you guys check to make sure your RO/DI is completely pure.
Do you only use a handheld TDS? I have only used that and it always reads 0 but if it does hit 1, then I change the filters. However I am getting nervous that chlorine or something else is getting past the RO/DI what tests do you guys use to check for this and what levels are deadly?
I greatly appreciate any insight to this. I am wondering because I continue to have great color in new coral with stable params but then randomly around the 2-3 week mark then get burnt tips and look bad even with very stable alk at 7.5-8, p04 at 0.02-0.05 and nitrate between 5-10 so it is very strange and I am trying to find a solution.
