How to Cleaning socks after lanthanum dosing??

Say, using a 10 micron filter sock for dosing lanthanum, what are people using to clean the sock after dosing the lanthanum?? For regular socks I use peroxide.... Thank you for your time. Using seaklear.

Or best cleaning methods. Heard some people just bleach them!

I wash my socks in Washing Machine. Hot water and bleach. Run a second wash after their done with no bleach just to rinse em out.
