How to clear bacterial bloom from Prazipro?

My 10gal QT tank is day 4 of prazipro. The water is getting very cloudy. I did a 50% WT and added the carbon filter insert that came with the HOB. Id like to clear it up a little before starting a 2nd round of prazipro. Thoughts?

It will clear on its own, just make sure you’re aerating really well!

Wouldn't adding carbon while treating negate all the medicine?
