Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I have t5 high output light
Water pars are at 0 ph is 8.2

Stable parameters, good lighting, target feeding, and time.

What type of anemone is it? Some species are more forgiving than others.

My rbta bleached when I switched from T5 to LEDs and took about a year from being white to now somewhere reddish/pink... did nothing special 'cept switching back to T5s.

it can take months to nurse a bleached nem. as long as its eating and expanding as normal everyday, I think it'll recover... but can take a while. keep us posted. be patient. keep water parameters good and feed it every other day with small amounts, instead of big chunks 2x/week. good luck and keep us posted, even just monthly progression.

Both of those anemones in that pic look bleached to me.

What is your T5 combo of bulbs?

You can try to dose some vinegar to help increase the zoo population. My nem got very dark red since I have done this. The acetate promotes zoo growth.

this.

Feed it as much as possible, I usually will do a very small piece of silverside or mysis daily. I have brought three anemones back to health this way, two BTAs and a sebae.

I would say give it time and plenty of food. It can take months for zooxanthelle to grow and re-populate the coral.

How can i place mine.. he wont stay put and wont plant foot..

This typically means that an anemone is not happy. What type of anemone? Tank size? Tank age? Water parameters? Lighting? How long have you had the anemone?

Not really to sure what kind it is.. some kind of bleach anemone with green tips..i have a 40 gallon 6 months old.. parameters are on the money.. i have a fluval lighting.. but it is a little small for my tank do fact it was my smaller tanks lighting.. im getting a new light system next week but this one does a good job..and ive had him over a month now
