how to color up my corals

Hello

Relatively new to the hobby (and EXTREMELY ADDICTED). I have a 28 gallon JBJ nano intermediate (LED) with an inline JBJ UV (not currently turned on) and an aquamaxx HOB-1 Skimmer. I have about 35 lbs live rock and 30 lbs live sound.

• I have had the tank for about 3 months. It has cycled and I am comfortable with my fish stocking levels.
• 2 tank raised false percs I had in a 2 gallon for 2 years
• 1 yellow coris wrasse (has an issue with his reflection)
• 1 gumdrop clown goby
• 1 neon yellow goby
• (MIGHT get an ORA Indigo dotty back if my water parameters keep low)

Now it is time for the corals. I have a few including some duncan heads, a nice Vargus Cespitularia, a golden torch, and some Zoa's. However, I just purchased about 23 frags from Cherry Corals during their live sale recently and will get them in about 1 week.

QUESTION:

1) How to I get the corals to get and keep that AMAZING COLOR I always see and not become dull?
2) Is it the length of time your light is on, supplements, etc?

NOTE: I realize my stock LED lights were not cutting it, so I purchased a DM 132-E LED light from Reef Radiance and am waiting for it to arrive. It has 44 LED's and 132 watts:

Any advice would be appreciated. I am getting some great corals including some nice Acans and want that color to shine through.

Keeping your nutrients in check will help with color issues, the right lighting, the right flow, keeping stable parameters and time.
