Any tips to bring my tank temp down, right now I hit a high of 83 degrees every day. corals and fish don't seem to mind but I feel like im right on the edge of to hot. how can I cool my tank off without a chiller? I heard about putting fans on tank for surface agitation but feel like that would be noisy and a eye sore. could I place a bunch of fans in my sump?

Fans aimed at surface, open up your stand if it is closed, and I've also used RO/DI ice in a bag floating on my sump.

Do you have AC in your house?

Use a fan with air flow across the top tank or sump. cools it down a few degrees. I've used frozen plastic cooler packs in sump too. Or a frozen 2 litter bottle

I think 83 is fine.
CPU fans pulling air out of the sump cabinet
Fan over water for evaporating cooling
Lower AC in the house

Definitely fan over the top if you don't want to get a chiller. Just be aware that evaporation gets exponentially higher so keep a lot of RO water on hand.
