how to cut frag plug off

How would you cut the frag plug off and where would you cut it and them I would need to attach it to my rock

At the bottom of the white stalk
Could I use a knife how would I attache it to the rock
 
Bone cutters work well for the ceramic plugs. Cut right beneath the disk. I usually make the cut in a bucket as the stem will go flying.

If it is attached to the rock on top of the plug just used side cutters to separate the plug from the rock where the glue is should pop off easily
 
So right above the disk and below the rock or whatever that it but don't cut the stem of the coral off the rock
 
Not sure what kind it is I bought the eagle eye and the guy threw that one in there
 
It looks like it Just keep it isolated because it can spread quickly and become a problem later It is a nice looking coral It can even become a good trading stock coral.
