I noticed my flower anenome climbed up the rear wall of my tank and squeezed into the overflow. Tried to scoop him out but he’s stock to the side. Any suggestions?

Ice cube, they don't like cold feet and will let go or a piece of metal, you touch the foot lightly and it will let go of the surface it's on.

Hold a bag of ice on his foot until he lets go. Make sure not to damage it.
