How to dim each color on an LED board?

Hello my friends, please help me with a project I'm trying to do. I bought 4 LED spucks, a meanwells 56V power supply and a board with some LDDs. Each Spuck consumes 700mA. Now my biggest doubt is I need to control the light intensity. Each Spuck has 8 channels (each one with a color) but today I no longer insist on the 8, I can add colors if it is to facilitate the project. My question is how can I control these leds?

@danielch2008 I’m guessing that the connectors on each puck control different LEDs. Do you have the pin out schematic or just look at the reverse side of the PCB.
