How to dose???

When dosing alk, ca, mag......do you test everyday? I know there are calculators to help you dose, but how do you figure out how much to dose daily, weekly, etc....test kits will get used pretty quickly testing everyday. There has to be an easier way

Test your parameters, manually dose to what you want your tank to be at. Test again to make sure. Wait 4 days and test again. Take the difference between day 4 and day 1 and divide by 4. This is your daily consumption and what you can set your auto doser to dose.
