i have 4 stored aquarium rack. when from down tank water directly going to top tank then come down by step by step. the problem happen on 2nd and 3rd tank only. where i get this type of Micro-bubbles. i use bubble magus filter sock (150 micron) but i think that can be the reason for bacteria dying in future. correct me if i am wrong. Now my question is can i stop this Micro-bubbles by change something in plumbing? or any other tricks?

Welcome to REEF2REEF!

The micro-bubbles aren’t going to harm the bacteria in your system. Actually more water/air mixing may be beneficial. The problem you may have is salt creep - each time a bubble pops it shoots a small drop from the water surface and can deposit a lot of salt around the tanks. Or the noise of 4 bubbling drains may be an issue.

The bubbles look to be caused by air entrainment at the drains. I mean the water flowing into the drain is sucking air with it. You can look to durso style drain - here’s a recent thread by @jsker. Changing to durso drains will reduce the noise and I believe the bubbles also. You may want to ask him, but I believe it will still have a few bubbles, but less.

I still have bubbles in the sump as you can see. The filter socks and media then break up the bubbles. The DT is clear, I shot this while is was feeding.
