How to encourage fish to relocate?

Why no lights with fish. I understand cycling and that, but I didn’t add fish until cycle was done.

From my understanding the longer you keep lights on the longer you let things grown on the live rock that you want, and they have a better chance of our competing things like algae and cyanobacteria

I was told keeping lights off at the start for 3-4 months helps with the uglies stage.

IMO th reason they are not venturing to the centre part of the tank is because its obviously haunted!!! Pic 1 illustrates it, there are 2 handy things and a black box...scarrry stuff for them fishes

Sometimes is all it takes is more active fish to encrouge others to come out. If all the fish are hiding must be a preditor around and I need to hide too.

i bet you feed from that side of the tank try feeding from the other side

Randomize flow feed in different spots and change the dynamic with another fish if you can

Keep your flow where its best for the tank not the fish. Mother nature doesn't turn down the flow. Our fish from time to time gather on one side. Try feeding on the opposite side and dont forget fish are social too and like company specially when young and in a new environment. They should find their way with time.

I agree with this, but suggest that a minor change, in flow or rock work can change dynamics in the tank. Make small adjustments.
