Im trying to extend my heater wire and was wondering how to do it? Without interference with the apex's "appropriate range" that turns the device off or on if it goes to high or low. Thank you!

An extension cord? How would it interfere? Set your thermostat on the heater itself slightly higher than your apex range so the apex can control it, by turning the power on and off, and not the heaters thermostat.

Oh alright! I just thought the heater cord had to be directly on the eb8 for that to work! Thank you :)

The heater should be plugged into the eb8 so the apex can turn it off/on, but you can extend the cord with a normal extension cord so it can reach the eb8. You can pick up cords that are 1ft, 3ft, 6ft etc on Amazon, depending on the length you need.
