Please help! My yellow headed sleeper goby has gotten really skinny please help what do I do!

What are you feeding it, and how often? And what's the tank, size, age, and other inhabitants in it?

And was your tank fallow prepped+ qt?

Following along. You can feed live brine shrimp. They aren't very nutritious but if the goby isn't eating anything, then it will help quite a bit.

my tank is 20gallon, it’s being running for about 9 months, there’s 2 clowns and a sand sifter, there’s no cuc. It was not qt but looked healthy and eats well (still does)

But what's your feeding regimen? Please list foods, times of feeding, and frequency per day. Do you spot feed your fish or just broadcast the food over the water surface?

I feed marine green and bloodworm (frozen) to all the fish in the morning. In the afternoon I try spot feed him ocean nutrition marine pellets but he is very skittish so when I put the syringe near him he scurries away and the clownfish eat the food. I do this everyday I only starlet trying to spot feed him a couple days ago

Yeah it’s just for a bit of variety and also I think the pellets might be coming out of its gills like sand does
