How to feed large tanks with few fish?

Hello all! I am starting a new 125 gal and going to be introducing fish soon(royal gramma and wrasses, gobies, blennies)

I only have a 20 gal quarantine tank so I feel like I can only add 2 fish at a time. How do you feed large tanks with a few fish? I know wrasses are timid and I want to make sure everyone eats without over feeding. Any suggestions? Thank you!

While they are in the small tank you could condition them to associate your presence with food, or tap lightly on the lid every time you feed to get them ready.

I just dump food in (thawed frozen) and they smell it and swim over if they are hungry.
