How to feed live rock while tank is cycling

I have 40 lbs of Kpaquatics live rock in a 120 gallon tank that is a restart. I had the live rock in a brute can for about 1.5 weeks. I took ammonia and nitrite test about 3 days after they were in the brute can. No trace of either. I filled the main tank and transfered the live rock a few days after.

Tank of course is really sterile but I want to feed the little critters as there has been some die off. I dropped a few cubes of misis a few days ago. Left only the main pump on so that they would fall to the bottom.
I'm thinking I should keep doing this ?.
Also, I don't want all the corraline algae to die, should I turn on just blue lights a couple of hours a day?

I have 10 liters of siporax pond coming hopefully late next week. I was planning to put some Dr Tims to help in seeding the tank and siporax.

I'd say probably ghost feeding is fine but idk about 2 cubes lol, the rock is gonna come to life either way if its cured enough to have once had good coraline.

Run the blue spectrum lights as much as you want, but for rock to hold its coraline in a brand new system without maybe plenty of calcium dosing is far fetched. It's gonna peel most likely.
