how to feed your corals.

I got 50%sps and 50%lps corals in my tank. And I am using red sea ab energy every day. My question is that enough ？or I have to feed shrimp or rodi's pod for lps？thank you

I personally feel like they can benefit from a little boost of food once a week. I know certain species don’t need to be fed at all, they feed off the light and water column but it’s nice to feed them kind of like peace of mind.

I do see a slight improvement in growth when feeding regularly but it could be my mind playing tricks since experts say it makes little to no impact.

When I feed my LPS, I actually place a piece of mysis on each coral polyp/head. You could scatter it in their direction, but I like to watch them eat.

When I feed them I first feed reef roids to each and a few later I drop mysis on each mouth
