How to fix this?

I have a bunch of small sand looking particles being blown around my tank and I cant seem to get it to stop, I have tried turning off pumps and powerheads for it to settle, tried using paper towel on the surface as some people only suggested. Nothing. Any suggestions?

It’s virtually impossible to determine what you may have with image very dark blue
It may be pods or detritus if present in the sump
