How to get clowns to host

Hi guys. I've recently bought a bubble tipped anemone and just added him to my tank. I already had two clowns in my tank and I want the to host the anemone. I have tried the flashlight method which has not worked and while acclimating I put the two clowns in trying to get the to run through the nem and they did. Problem was as soon as I placed it in the tank they ran away. Any advice?

What species of clowns?

Forcing clowns to be hosted it a bad idea --- could very well end up with dead/eaten clowns.

Having a natural combo and time works the best.

Now my one tomato is keeping them and another tomato out from both of them.

So, you have a pair of Ocellaris and tomatoes in your tank?

If that is the case, I would suggest taking out one of the pairs --- if you don't, the odds are great that you will end up with just a pair of tomatoes.

I've seen this work, and not work. Definitely worth a try, and free

As much as u want them to host right away is not likely sorry bud! It just takes some time
