how to get rid of hydroids

So I was looking around my tank and see some green flower looking things. Started doing research and found out they are hydroids. I dont know were to start to began to get rid of them. Can any one help me with this were do I start ???

This thread has some info on at least one product that might work, I think people use kalk paste as well.
