How to get rid of MENB

I've been battling with MENB since 3 months... I removed all my Montiporas to a QT and dipping in iodine based (Seachem) weekly and added a Melanurus wrasse to the QT
Now I'm changing to revive by two little fishies.
Any thoughts?

I had MENB sometime ago and I moved my montipora to QT - Did Coral RX dips daily, blasted the pieces with a powerhead and then took a toothbrush to the montipora bases and undersides to go after eggs.

Left the display without montipora for 90 days.

Everything has been good since, no nudis.

I've been doing the same for 3 months but with Seachem and today while inspecting before moving the montis back to DT found 1NB

When I was getting rid of mine I did the coral RX daily and would inspect them a couple of times a day (this was only about 5-6 pieces) and I would light scrub off any I found with a toothbrush and put the piece back in the qt tank. Gotta find the eggs and get rid of them. The dip isn't gonna get rid of the eggs I do not believe so they need to be found and removed manually.

I did a rotating treatment of coral rx and bayer every other day. Day one use coral rx, day 3 bayer then back to coral rx did this for 2 weeks but coral has to be in a tank void of rock cause the nudis and eggs will go to rocks until cycle ends

Bayer or peroxide is the only way I know, the key is to dip often which stressed out the corals a lot!
