How to get rid of pocillapora.

I have pocillapora growing everywhere and I want to get rid of it. I’ve tried cutting it back and putting epoxy over it but it seems to grow back over the epoxy if I don’t cover it all. Should I just keep using the epoxy when more pops up? Anyone else have any ideas?

Mine stays right in place. Id happily buy it if you were closer although this tough coral is very shippable

Replace the whole rock is the only way I managed to get rid of it. Maybe chisel it down works too, but it's not necessarily easier than replace it.
