Not too clear in that picture. Is it actually red like the photo makes it look?

If it's red, then it's red hair algae, but it looks like it could also be bryopsis if it's green.
The bubbles make me wonder if it's not also cyano (red slime) or dinoflagellates mixed together with it. We need more info about the tank parameters and overall health.

If it's just hair algae, check your nitrate and phosphate levels, manual removal and let hermit crabs clean up the small pieces of what you can't see. I used a small soft toothbrush, trimmed down to just 2 rows of bristles to gently remove between zoas.

Only way I got rid of bryopsis was a 3 week flucanozole treatment.

It is green not red. I do brush the zoas but it just comes back? Very annoying

That's the definition of pest algae. Proper management of water parameters and clean-up crew.

Can't give you any more specific advice as you haven't answered the rest of my post with age of the tank, overall condition and water parameters.
Good luck.

Looks like Dino’s or bubble algae, u can take a swab and identify Dino type check forum for dino identification
Or an emerald crab if it’s bubble algae
Given ur readings for no3 and po4 my hunch is Dino’s as ur readings are too low for both no3 should be between 2 and 5 and po4 0.03

if it's green then it might be bryopsis

Look for a similar leaf structure to this picture:

People dose kent tech-m and increase magnesium levels to 1500 to eradicate it. Some strains are a total pain to get rid of.
