How to get rid on these tiny snails?

I've recently seen a bunch of these little snails on the glass at night. They also find there way into wave pumps. What are these and how do I remove them from the tank?

They’re tiny snails, of course. A wrasse with a taste for snails is one option.

They eat algae. You sure you want to kill off free algae eaters?

agree keep them...otherwise you can easily vacuum them out with your next water change
