How to get small rock anemone off rock

I have a piece of live rock with 3 small (nickle to quarter-size) rock anemone on it that has become a major aptasia breeding ground. I want to remove the rock, I just don;t know how to get the rather small anemone off of the rock.

Any ideas?

I used an MJ1200 pump and put it a couple of inches away and they let go after a couple of minutes.

Some people have success with holding ice cubes to the foot of anemones and they start releasing from the rock, or massage the foot until it comes off try not to rip the foot of the anemone...

I massage the foot, right where it attaches to the rock, usually they give up after a few minutes and I relocate them. Ive only done this on big ones and small ones on the glass.
