how to get your fish to trust you more

Hi i was wondering on how to get my fish to trust me more because my firefish, court jester goby, and my Yasha goby don't trust me that much the only fish that really trust me are my clownfish

Usually just with time but some are just naturally wimps.

I got a black cap basslet that still bolts back to his cave whenever I walk too close to the tank - after 4 years faithfully feeding it daily. What an ungrateful B.
