How to grow my anemone?

So I picked up this small rainbow anemone from my lfs and got some frozen shrimp. How often would you recommend feeding him to grow? I only have a 20 so I don’t want him to get to big tho. Thanks

Once every other week a small amount no bigger than its mouth. It'll grow whether you spot feed it or not. It just takes a little longer

Make sure what you feed it has no bones. More is less with nems. Overfeeding causes death. underfeeding causes no ill effects. Err on the side of caution. Feed less.
