How to hard reset a TECO TK1000 2014 version

Hey guys,

I’m currently using a TECO Tk1000 chiller for my waterbox 100.3 and I’m struggling to set the parameters right. I’ve lost the manual and when I set it up on my old system I had a friend help me do it. When I hold the down button & set button at the same time it only gives me these three options; HY, Pt, ot.
Need help getting this right thanks guys
